The health and well-being of our Jewish community is fundamental. With the uncertainties surrounding the coronavirus at this time, JUF has made the difficult decision to cancel the Annual JUF Reception at Congregation B’nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim on Tuesday, May 5, 2020.
JUF has long been a devoted partner, ally and advocate in the crucial work we all do to ensure the Jewish future. This year we won’t be gathering as a congregation to pledge our support to the Chicago Jewish community.
But the community still relies on that support— now more than ever.
To provide vital services that make our community stronger and more resilient.
To take care of our community’s every need, from baby to bubbe.
To connect young Jews to Jewish tradition, to Jewish community, and to one another.
Also…JUF always puts the safety of our community first, from awarding special security grants to the difficult decision to cancel this event.
So today, we ask you to come together virtually to pledge that support and make your gift to the 2020 JUF Annual Campaign. |

Thank you for your patience and understanding, and for (virtually) coming together for good.
Best,
